GPS + Bluetooth. Built for thieves.
SKYTAG Bike is the only tracker we make that's not just a Bluetooth beacon. It has a built-in GPS module — works even when there's no iPhone nearby.
Mounted under the saddle or inside the frame. If a thief rides away with your bike, you get a ping + the GPS coordinates of wherever they took it.
The tamper alert is the key feature — it pings you the moment someone touches your bike, not after they've ridden away. Police recover more stolen bikes when owners are alerted in real time.
Real scenarios from real users.
Mapping the annoyances to the engineering.
| The problem | SKYTAG Bike solution |
|---|---|
| My bike got stolen. | GPS + tamper alert = recovery + prevention. |
| Bluetooth trackers don't work for bikes. | GPS module works anywhere with cell towers. |
| Trackers die in rain. | IP67 — survives pressure washing. |
| Thieves find and remove trackers. | Hidden frame mount + tamper-proof screws. |
| Battery replacement is annoying. | USB-C rechargeable. 6-month standby. |
| I need to track fleet bikes. | Cellular SIM option for fleet operators. |

I designed SKYTAG Bike after a friend in Bangkok had his commuter bike stolen from outside a coffee shop. He never saw it again. With GPS + tamper alert, that bike would've been recovered in 48 hours.
It's not for everyone — if you only have a $200 bike, the $79 price tag might not be worth it. If you have a $2,000+ bike you rely on for commuting, it's a no-brainer.
Honest limitation: cellular SIM is an extra cost ($5-10/month depending on country). Worth it for fleet operators, overkill for individuals.
